Finland’s development cooperation is carried out by means of public funds. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is responsible for the use and monitoring of these funds. We take all misuse seriously.
You can report any misgivings about the use of Finnish development cooperation funds through our service. Misuse can involve, among other things, bribery, embezzlement, or other inappropriate use of funds.
All reports are handled confidentially. It may take a while to evaluate the situation. Leaving your contact information will help speed up the process. You can also file an anonymous report.
All cases being handled will be reported on as openly as possible on the Ministry’s website in a way that does not violate anyone’s privacy or impede the investigation.
Many legal issues are associated with filing a report and evaluating it at the Ministry. Please study them carefully before filing the report.
